HMD Global is now rolling out an update for some more devices, the Nokia 2 and the Nokia 8 Sirocco.
With the new update, the devices are getting the update for the May Security Patch. HMD Global, it seems is keeping well with its commitment for providing monthly security patch for its customers with the Nokia 1, the Nokia 8 and the Nokia 7 Plus getting the update to the May Security Patch over the last couple of days.

For the Nokia 2, the update weighs 88.0 MB in size while for the Nokia 8 Sirocco, the update is 82.5MB in size.
The update is available to download OTA and the rollout would be in phases with the availability on certain regions arriving in a matter of few days.
Nokia 2 is a budget smartphone from HMD Global, that is aimed at the budget audience with the device costing EUR 99. The highlight of the device is a massive 4100 mAh battery which is enough to last two days. The device was released in October last year in New Delhi, India. 6000 Aluminum frame. A quad-core Snapdragon 212 SoC powers the device and a 1GB RAM helps in easy multitasking.
The Nokia 8 Sirocco, is the latest flagship from the brand with it being released at the MWC’ 2018. The device has flagship level specifications, a Snapdragon 835 SoC, 6GB LPDDR4 RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The front of the device is graced with a 5.5- inch QHD pOLED curved display. A vacuum molded 3D Corning Gorilla Glass 5 covers the 95 percent of the device from the front.
