To install Google Camera on the Poco F1, download a GCam port from the celsoazevedo.com hub, allow your browser or file manager to install unknown apps, and install the APK. The Poco F1 has the Camera2 API turned on by default, so you don’t need root or an unlocked bootloader. Load the port’s config file if it has one.
