Samsung Galaxy S9/S9 Plus Gets Stable Android Pie Update With One UI
The good news comes for Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus owners in this Christmas. The Korean manufacturer Samsung has released the Stable Android Pie update with One UI for the Galaxy S9/S9 Plus devices. The update rolls out for the models in Germany but the update will soon be available on all Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus devices.

However, it could take a month to receive the OTA update to all models through batches. The update size is around 1.7 GB. The update comes for Galaxy S9 has G960FXXU2CRLI version and Galaxy S9 Plus has G965FXXU2CRLI version. The new update comes with Samsung One UI interface specially built for bigger display devices.
One UI Features
The interface will bring a brand new interface, some ergonomic improvements, swipe gestures, shortcuts accessible from the bottom, dark theme etc. Samsung gave a tagline: ‘Made to focus’. In this new interface, all the necessary task elements will come down to the bottom for faster and easier one hand use.
