The good news for ZTE Nubia Z11 users is that official Android 7.1.1 Nougat update is available for download. In case you are wondering, the company did not release Android 7.0 update and directly went for the beta version of Android 7.1.1 Nougat. The company has started rolling out the OTA update and you will receive notification for the same.

Pre-Requirements

Steps To Install Android 7.1.1 Nougat On ZTE Nubia Z11 | Official Update
Step 1. Download Android 7.1.1 Nougat Update.Zip file for ZTE Nubia Z11 (NX531J). Replace the name of the downloaded Zip file as update.zip and transfer it to your device storage.
Step 2. Now, you need to go to Settings of your phone and tap on System Update option. If you have System Update app, you can open it directly.
Step 3. On the top right corner of the screen, there is a 3 dot menu or navigation drawer. Tap on that and tap on the option Local upgrade.
Step 4. Then you have to browse and find the update.zip file that you transferred to your device storage.
Step 5. After selecting the file, you will get the option to Install immediately or Backup and then upgrade. It is always recommended to go for the second option even though it will take more time than the first one. With a backup, you can always restore if something goes unprecedented during installation.
