Also, it was announced last year by the company that Google has acquired the smartphone division from HTC and most of the HTC engineers working in the smartphone department have now been shifted to Google headquarters. However, HTC announced that the company will still be making smartphones and we have now known about the latest flagship which is to be released by HTC. The famous leaker by the Twitter handle, @evleaks, Evan Blass has now shared the images of the HTC U12+ and he claims that the leaked image will be the HTC U12+ and his track-record suggests that it will indeed be the actual smartphone

As per the image attached above, the HTC U12+ will have a bezel-less display with minimal ones on the top and bottom. Thankfully, the device will not have a notch and the sensors will be present normally on the top along with a dual camera setup on the front and back. The HTC U12+ will have a 6-inch LCD panel with WQHD+ resolution and the device will be powered by Snapdragon 845, come with 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. The HTC U12+ is also expected to be launched in May 2018 and the device should be launched in India soon as well.
