Steps To Install Gapps On LineageOS 15.1 /Android 8.1 Oreo ROMs

Step 1. Download any LineageOS 15.1 Gapps from the above and save the file on your device.

Step 2. Boot your phone in the recovery mode using the appropriate key combination.

Step 3. If it is TWRP recovery, select Install option and then browse and select Gapps package file that you saved on your device.

If you have CWM recovery, you have to select the option Install ZIP from SD Card and then browse and select Gapps package file.

Step 4. Confirm to start flashing the package file. Wait for a few moments for the process to complete

Step 5. Clear the cache and Dalvik cache by selecting the appropriate option from the recovery menu.

Once done, reboot your phone normally and start using the apps.
