Recently Motorola decided to roll out the official Nougat update for Moto X Style users in India but few users did not receive this update. This post is for all those users who have not yet received the OTA update notification. You can download the Moto X Style NPH 25.200-15 Nougat OTA update manually within a matter of minutes and after that, you can easily flash NPH 25.200-15 Nougat On Moto X Style
This new update is being rolled out via OTA and comes with the build number NPH 25.200-15. This update has been tested on Indian Moto X Style XT1572 with the build number Blur_Version.24.231.6.clark_retasia_ds.retasia.en.03 so you need to be sure that you have this exact same build number.
Now there are two methods using which you can update your Moto X Style to NPH 25.200-15 Nougat. You can select either one of the methods and you will easily be able to update your phone given you follow the instructions properly.

PRE-REQUISITES
- This Update is only for Indian Variants Of Moto X Style so do not install in on any other variants it will damage your device.
- We recommend taking Complete Backup and proceed.
- Maintain 50-60% battery to prevent sudden shut down between the process.

Steps To Install Android 7.0 Nougat update On Indian Moto X Style (NPH 25.200-15)
METHOD 1 (USING RECOVERY)
Step 1.Download the Indian Moto X style Nougat OTA zip file by going to the link mentioned above and then save it in your device.
Step 2.Turn off your device and then boot it into recovery mode by pressing “Power + Volume down” to get into bootloader mode and then pressing “Power + Volume up” buttons and selecting recovery option.
Step 3.Once you are in Recovery, select the option ‘apply update from sdcard’.
Step 4.Choose the OTA zip file which you downloaded in step 1.
Step 5.Wait for the installation to finish and then reboot your device.Done!!
METHOD 2 (USING ADB COMMANDS)
Step 1.Enable “Developer Option” and “USB Debugging” on your Moto X Style
Step 2.Download the ADB and fastboot drivers and install them on your PC.
Step 3.Download the “Nougat NPH25.200-15” OTA file for Indian Moto X Style by going to the link mentioned above. Copy the zip file to a folder where adb is installed.
Step 4.Switch off your phone and boot it into recovery mode.
- Power off the Moto X Style
- Once your phone is switched off, press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time.
- Once you are in the Recovery mode, release the power and volume down buttons
Step 5.Select the option “Apply Update From ADB”.
Step 6.Connect your phone to a PC via USB cable.
Step 7.Open Command Window from the Firmware Folder by pressing shift+right click and click on open command here.
Step 7.Now execute the following commands to check the connection
adb devices
And if your device is listed, you are ready to flash the ROM
Step 8.Now flash the OTA zip on your Indian Moto X Style by giving the following command
adb sideload File Name.zip
Step 9.Wait until the process gets completed before rebooting your phone.Once the process is completed, reboot your Indian Moto X Style
Your Moto X Style should boot into latest NPH 25.200-15 Nougat Firmware (Indian Variant Only)
