The Mi A2 smartphone is the second Android One device from Xiaomi. The Android One platform is based on Google and assures latest and faster Android updates for at least two years and latest security patch updates up to three years frequently. After the success of Mi A1, Xiaomi launched Mi A2 device a few months ago and the handset comes with stock Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. Now the device has been spotted online with Android Pie Beta version.
Android Pie Beta for Xiaomi Mi A2
Recently, the Android Pie Beta version to the Mi A2 device has leaked on XDA Developers site. The Android 9.0 Pie features Adaptive Battery and Brightness, Digital Wellbeing with App Timer, new navigation bar with swipe gesture navigation, minimalistic notification toggles etc. The ROM is official but the build is in beta mode so, there will be a few bugs.

Mi A2 Specs Overview
The Xiaomi Mi A2 features a 5.99-inch Full HD+ display and powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 AIE processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The handset sports a dual rear 12MP Sony IMX486 sensor and a 20MP Sony IMX376 sensor with f/1.7 aperture lens, LED flash, AI Portrait, HDR, PDAF etc. While on the front side, it has a single 20MP AI selfie camera with “Super Pixel” technology with AI Night mode, AI Selfie, AI Beauty mode etc.
The device doesn’t have a 3.5mm audio jack and no MicroSD card support. It does come with stock Android Oreo and packed with a 3,010mAh battery. It has been priced in India at Rs.16,999.
