Huawei Super Charge 40 Watts Fast Charging Technology
The leaked reports say that the Huawei working on a power adapter with the model number of HW-100400C00 which will provide a maximum output of 10V/4A (40 watts). This switching power adapter received 3C certification as well. The power adapter is made by Astec Electronics (Luoding) Co., Ltd. which will be much faster than the 22 watts fast charging support of current Huawei P20-series smartphones. In 2016, Huawei unveiled its Honor Magic charging technology which supports 5V/8A fast charging that fully charges smartphone battery within 45 minutes. The next-generation Huawei Super Charge 40 watts fast charging technology can only take 30 minutes to charge up your smartphone up to 90%.
Other Fast Charging Competitors
For instance, Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 technology takes up to 30 minutes to charge 50% battery. Whereas, the OnePlus Dash Charging takes up to 30 minutes to charge 60% battery of OnePlus smartphones. Oppo VOOC Flash Charging can power up Oppo Find X device up to 75% within 30 minutes. It is built with five layers of protection which reduces overheating and voltage.
Huawei Super Charge with Smartphone Expected Launch
It is expected to launch Huawei Mate 20 smartphone with this Huawei Super Charge 40 watts fast charging technology. The smartphone could be launched in October this year. Similarly, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro could also get this feature with 6.9-inch flexible OLED display as it will be the high-end flagship device.
