Redmi Note 7S is now official by Xiaomi India on Monday, May 20. The new model will go on sale via Flipkart, Mi.com, and Mi Home stores from May 23 in India. The phone will be available with a starting price tag of Rs.10,999 in India. The device offers a full-HD+ display, octa-core Snapdragon processor, and a bigger battery. The main highlighted feature is a 48MP primary sensor.
Redmi Note 7S Specifications and Features
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7S runs on Android 9 Pie on top of MIUI 10 out-of-the-box. It features a 6.3-inch full-HD+ (1080 × 2340 pixels) Dot Notch Display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The handset is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC coupled with up to 4GB of RAM. The device comes with 32GB and 64GB of internal storage variant which can be expandable up to 256GB via a MicroSD card.
The device comes with a dual rear camera setup that includes a 48MP primary sensor (f/1.8) and a 5MP secondary sensor. Additionally, it features PDAF, EIS, and AI Portrait Mode. Xiaomi has also provided a 13MP selfie camera features AI Portrait and AI Face unlock.
In terms of the connectivity options, it includes 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5, GPS, A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Whereas it includes the accelerometer, ambient light, distance sensor, electronic compass, fingerprint sensor, and an infrared sensor.
The device packs a 4,000 mAh battery with Quick Charge 4 fast charging support.
Redmi Note 7S Price in India and Availability
The handset comes at Rs.10,999 price tag for the 3GB RAM + 32GB storage variant. while the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant costs Rs.12,999. Both variants come in three color options of Onyx Black, Ruby Red, and Sapphire Blue.
The handset will be available in India via Flipkart, Mi.com, and Mi Home stores from May 23.
