Vivo has launched another mid-range budget smartphone called Vivo Y95 of ‘Y’ series in India. The handset packs a bigger screen, bigger battery, Halo FullView display, dual rear cameras, and AI selfie camera with a waterdrop notch. The device was announced a few days ago in China. The display sports 88.6 percent screen-to-body ratio with a minimum chin.
Vivo Y95 Specifications and Features
The handset comes with a 6.22-inch HD+ Halo FullView display with a waterdrop notch. It’s powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 SoC which is an octa-core 12nm process based chipset paired with Adreno 505 GPU. The Vivo Y95 smartphone comes with a 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The storage can be expandable up to 256GB via MicroSD card. The phone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo over Funtouch OS 4.5 version out-of-the-box. It’s a dual Nano-SIM + dedicated MicroSD card slot device.
The device does have a dual rear camera of a 13MP+2MP sensor with a LED flash. The f/2.2 aperture lens features portrait mode, HDR, PDAF, Panorama mode etc. with AI capabilities. On the front side, the 20MP AI selfie camera features portrait and better low light photography. The fingerprint sensor is placed at the rear side of the device with a nice Vivo branding under it. The device does have all the necessary connectivity options such as 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, GPS etc. The major sensors are also available including AI Face Unlock.

It is packed with a huge 4,030mAh battery. The device measures 155.11×75.09×8.28mm and weigh 163.5 grams. The gradient color design looks cool in this price tag with Starry Night and Nebula Purple color option.
Vivo Y95 Price and Availability in India
The Vivo Y95 priced at Rs. 16,990 in India for the 4GB+64GB model. The handset will be available from the same day of launch all over India via online and offline stores easily.
