OnePlus has always been known for delivering on flagship level smartphones at a significantly lower price. This was true with the OnePlus 5T as well as the smartphone sported the Snapdragon 835,8GB of RAM and more and costed just $499 for the base variant.
OnePlus does hike the price of their smartphones each year and this reportedly will be the case with the OnePlus 6 as well. According to reports, the 64GB base variant of the OnePlus 6 may cost $50 more and will cost $525. Considering what the OnePlus 6 will bring to the table, this small increase in premium doesn’t seem unfair. That said however, the storage upgrades will cost much more.
While the 128GB version of the 5T costed $559, the same storage option may cost $600 for the OnePlus 6. Rumours state that a 256GB option will also be available and cost a whopping $700. It is worthy to note that these prices are converted directly from the rumoured Chinese prices.
Speaking about the smartphone, it will reportedly sport a larger display than last years flagship, thanks to the inclusion of a notch. The device will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 845 SoC coupled with 6GB/8GB of RAM and 3 storage options as mentioned above.
The OnePlus 6 will bring a dual camera setup at the rear that will be stacked vertically this time around and a fingerprint scanner will remain at the back.
