OnePlus has recently launched their latest flagship smartphones in the various markets around the world and it is also interesting to note that India is one of the biggest markets for OnePlus as the company has already been awarded the best selling smartphone category last year. Now, the company launched the OnePlus 5 and the OnePlus 5T last year where the OnePlus 5T is the flagship smartphone from the company in the present scenario. As far as the smartphone is concerned, it was released with a bezel-less display and the fingerprint sensor has been placed on the back.
Now, we have also known for a fact that the smartphone was released with Android Nougat and not the latest version of Android which was Android 8.0 Oreo for reasons best known to OnePlus.
However, the company announced during the launch event that the smartphone will receive the latest Android Oreo update along with several other OnePlus flagships very soon. Therefore, keeping its promise, the company delivered the Android Oreo stable update for the OnePlus 5T last month. Now, most of the users having the OnePlus 5T would have already upgraded to Android Oreo as the rollout started almost a month ago.
You can go to the Oneplus forum where many users have reported about the issue.
