Motorola has recently launched the Moto G5 and the Moto G5 Plus smartphones in India as well as all around the world. The Moto G5 and the G5 Plus are also the successors to the ever-popular smartphone in the Moto G series which is the budget series from Motorola. Earlier, the company released the Moto G4 as well as Moto G4 Plus smartphones. Now, the Moto G4 Plus users are getting the latest security patch from Motorola which is the June security patch with build number NPJS25.93-14-8 on their smartphone. One thing to note here is the smartphone has been receiving the update in the Brazil region currently and the update should be available in other countries like India at a later stage.
As far as the update rollout is concerned, the Moto G4 Plus has been getting the update directly from Motorola in Brazil region. The smartphone has been getting the update as an OTA and the rollout of the OTA update has been done by the company. However, all the Moto G4 Plus will get the OTA update in the coming days as the OTA rollout has been done by the company in a partial stage. Apart from that, make sure that you download and install the update to the smartphone as it comes to your device because the smartphone comes with the latest security patch.
