Asus had released the Zenfone 3 Laser smartphone some time ago and the smartphone has been receiving constant updates from the company as well. Asus has released the Android 7.0 Nougat update to the smartphone earlier. Now, the Asus Zenfone 3 Laser is getting the latest version of Android, the Android 7.1.1 Nougat. Also, the Zenfone 3 Laser is receiving the update as an over-the-air update as we speak. Apart from the Asus Zenfone 3 Laser, the Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom has also started receiving the Android 7.1.1 Nougat update which arrives as software version V20.31.49.2. This update brings various camera improvements and new features.
Both of these devices are a part of the Zenfone 3 edition from Asus which is the flagship series from the company. Talking about the update, the Asus Zenfone 3 Laser is getting the update as software version 30.41.12.1. The Zenfone 3 Zoom on the other hand, as mentioned earlier, is receiving the update as software version V20.31.49.2. There is no exact changelog given by Asus yet for either of these devices but the smartphones will have the latest version of Android, Android 7.1.1 Nougat as well as the latest security patch which currently is the June security patch. Apart from these, the update should also contain some bug fixes, as well as stability improvements to the device as well as some new features, can also be added by the company.
