Huawei is going to launch the Honor Magic 2 flagship smartphone on October 31 at an event in Beijing, China. Honor Magic 2 Overview
The Honor Magic 2 device will be powered by the Kirin 980 HIAI SoC which is based on the 7nm process. The accelerated NPU and GPU unit will be quite advanced and powerful with AI support. The latest EMUI 9.0 is also developed for higher performance and better optimization with power consumption purely based on AI. Recently, the Huawei Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro devices launched with the same flagship chipset. The device will feature almost a full bezel-less display without any notch cut-out.

This one will be the second device from Huawei brand which will be packed with the latest flagship Kirin 980 chipset along with ARM Mali-G72 GPU. Meanwhile, the device could come with the Android 9 Pie version as well with the EMUI 9.0 custom skin. As the display doesn’t have any notch or wider bezels, the Honor Magic 2 smartphone will feature a front camera slider just like the Oppo Find X or Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 device.
