The OTA update has been noticed recently in Italy and will be rolled out soon to European countries as well.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 Receives Android Oreo
The incremental OTA update will be rolled out to all Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 devices within a few weeks. While the OTA seems to feature the November security patch update.
