Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 – It will run on Qualcomm SnapDragon 652 chipset with octa-core processor. It will sport Adreno 510 GPU and 4 GB of RAM. The screen is 5.5-inch full HD with multi-touch enabled. The internal storage is likely to be 32 GB and it is expandable up to 128 GB. It has 4000 mAh battery with quick charge facility and all the sensors are available including gyroscope. The front camera is going to be 8 MP with the rear camera is going to be 16 MP. These are rumors specifications and all these will be confirmed in October when the smartphone gets launched.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A and 5A Prime – These phones were launched in August and September respectively. Note 5A has 5.5-inch display, quad-core processor with SnapDragon 425 chipset, 5 MP front and 13 MP rear camera. The battery is 3080 mAh and 2 GB of RAM with 16 GB of storage(expandable up to 128 GB). The gyroscope is not available.
On the other hand, Note 5A Prime has a similar 5.5-inch display but octa-core processor with SnapDragon 435 chipset. It is available in 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage and 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage variant. The front camera is whopping 16 MP while the rear camera is 13 MP. The battery is same and it has a fingerprint scanner.
