Samsung Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S23 users may soon get the One UI 8 Beta update. Right now, only Galaxy S25 users can test the new One UI 8 features through Samsung’s Beta Program.
A tech expert @tarunvats suggests that Galaxy S24 phones might get the beta update by late June or early July 2025. Galaxy S23 phones could receive it in early to mid-July 2025.
This is not official news yet, so the dates might change. Samsung is also working on One UI 8 Beta 2 which could bring the beta program to more countries and more phone models. The Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6 folding phones are also expected to join the beta testing soon.
Current One UI 8 beta availability
Now only Galaxy S25 series can test OTA update. It runs in US, UK, Germany, South Korea. Many spots filled fast in some places. Samsung plans to add more regions. More devices may join later.
