Motorola has recently released the latest smartphones in its lineup for this year. This includes the budget lineup which is the Moto G series where the Moto G5, as well as the Moto G5 Plus, were launched recently. Also, there is the Moto E series from the company which saw the Moto E4 as well as the Moto E4 Plus. Later the company also released a new lineup this year with the Moto C. Also, the flagship series from Motorola, the Moto Z also saw the unveiling of Moto Z2 Play and the Moto Z2 is all set to launch next. Now, the company has been sending updates to one of their older phones in India.
This smartphone is the Moto X Style also known as the Moto X3 which was the flagship smartphone from the company for 2015 and later the Moto Z series was launched by the company. In India, the Moto X Style was yet to receive the Android Nougat update to their handset and the update is now rolling out to the smartphones. The Android Nougat update to the device should bring all the features from the latest version of Android like improved Doze mode, revamped notification shade, and Quick Settings menu. And yeah, the much-hyped split-screen mode.
Now, if we take a look at the update process, it is worth noting that Motorola has already started rolling out the OTA update to all the Moto X Style in their network. However, the update may arrive at your phone at this moment or it may take some days as the update is rolled out in a phased manner and it can take some to reach your device depending on your location. However, the update is highly recommended as you will get the latest Android version after the update on your device.
