Poplar Chinese brand Meizu has added another device to it’s E line of smartphones. The Meizu E3 is a mid-range offering from the company with impressive specifications and and a great price tag. It will be available for pre-order from March 26 and go on sale 4 days later.
The Meizu E3 sports a 5.99-inch Full HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. It is powered by the Snapdragon 636 SoC coupled with 6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of on-board storage which is further expandable to 128GB via microSD.
Talking cameras, Meizu has opted in to with a dual camera setup on the rear consisting of a 12MP primary sensor backed up by a 20MP secondary sensor. The primary sensor has a dual-tone LED flash while the secondary lens is used to capture portrait images and 2.5X lossless zoom.
Interestingly, the fingerprint scanner is positioned at the right side instead of the back. The smartphone is fuelled by a 3300mAh battery with support for mCharge Quick Charging which claims to charge the phone up to 53% in 30 minutes. The Meizu E3 runs on Android 7.1 Nougat with Meizu’s custom Flyme OS 6.3 on top.
The 6GB RAM/64GB ROM variant costs 1799(approximately Rs. 18,530) yuan while the 6GB RAM/ 128GB ROM variant costs 1999 yuan(approximately Rs. 20,585).
