Huawei which is now becoming the leaders in the smartphone industry in terms of manufacturing and sales of its smartphones worldwide has recently launched few new smartphones in their flagship lineup in 2018. Now, one of the flagship smartphones from Huawei in its child company Honor was the Honor View 10. Talking about the Honor View 10 or the Honor V10, this smartphone has been launched by Honor in India which is the successor to Honor V9 which was launched last year.
As far as the Honor V10 is concerned, the smartphone was launched with Android 8.0 Oreo on board which is just an update below the very latest version of Android which is Android 8.1 Oreo. Also, we mentioned above that the smartphone has been launched in India. However, it should be noted that the smartphone has not been launched in the US and other markets around the world. Now, we are getting information about the launch of Honor V10 in other markets as well including the US. Also, it should be noted that the Honor View 10 is expected to be launched in the US along with Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box which means that the smartphone will run the very latest version of Android at launch.
One of the developers from the DU team, who are responsible for the development of Custom ROM named as Dirty Unicorns, has received the Honor View 10 from Honor USA and it is interesting to see from his screenshot that his variant of the Honor View 10 is running Android 8.1 Oreo so it is very likely that the Honor V10 will launch with Android 8.1 Oreo in the US. Now, there are no official dates for the release of Honor V10 from the company in the US but we will keep you updated as soon as the smartphones have been available for sale in the US from Honor
