Gionee has been sending out an update to the Gionee P7 which was released by the company last year. This has been the update that many of the Gionee users has been waiting for a long time as the update comes with the support of ViLTE which is Video over LTE network. This is the same as the VoLTE which is used for giving support for Voice calls on LTE network but used for the Video calls on LTE network.
With the addition of this feature, Gionee P7 users will now be able to make video calls on the 4G LTE networks natively.Other major features include the addition of Urdu language support, suspend button, update Mood Wallpapers and Theme Parks. The company has also added the BeautyPlus app for the selfie enthusiasts.Gionee has also updated a bunch of apps including the US Browser, Xender, Saavn, Truecaller alongside the GStore itself.Finally, the update also installs the latest security patch on your smartphone to further improve the security. Do note that it is the case with every update that the smartphone should be charged above a battery percentage of 80% and at the least 50% of battery should be available on the smartphone in order to make sure that the phone remains in power even after the installation of the update has been done on the smartphone successfully.
