Samsung has been planning to release the latest Galaxy Note smartphone which will be called as the Galaxy Note 8. Last year, Samsung released the Galaxy Note 7 but the smartphone met with some difficulties and had to be recalled so the Galaxy Note 8 becomes the successor to the Note 5. Now, as far as the Note series from Samsung is concerned, the Note 4, as well as Note Edge, were released in the year 2014 and have made a mark in the popularity of the Galaxy Note series. The Galaxy Note 4 and the Galaxy Note Edge were made available on all the different networks in the US. One of them is the AT&T network which sold the Galaxy Note 4 smartphones in the US.
Now, the AT&T network is rolling out some updates to few of their devices which include the Galaxy Note 4, Galaxy Note Edge as well as Samsung Express Prime. Talking about the update, it is a much-needed improvement as the update brings with it the latest security patch update which is the July security patch. As far as the update goes, we have also received the particular build numbers with which the updates have been rolled out to the mentioned smartphones.
Talking about the update to the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, the update rolls out to the smartphone with the build number, N910AUCS2EQF1. Apart from that, the Galaxy Note Edge gets the update with the build number, N915AUCS2EQF1, and the Galaxy Express gets the update with the build number, J320AUCS3AQG1. As far as the update is concerned, the OTA has already been rolled out by the company to the above mentioned devices and the OTA should arrive on your phone as early as possible. Apart from that, the update for all the three smartphones includes July security patch and the update size for the three OTA is up to 30MB.
