LG has been traditionally releasing the flagship smartphones from the company at the MWC which was held earlier this week in Barcelona. However, there was information earlier that the company will not be launching the LG G7 which is the flagship smartphone from the company this year same as the LG G6 launch at the MWC last year. Now, we have seen that there was not much announcement from LG at the MWC other than the upgraded version of the LG V30 named as the LG V30S Thinq. Now, we have received some information which could possibly indicate the looks of the next LG G series flagship
Now, we have received leaked images of the smartphone named LG G7 which was shown off at the MWC but this was a private event and it was not shown off to the public. Now, this could also mean the device that LG produced the LG G7 but later scrapped it as the company is working on a totally new device. However, this was being shown at a private event which means that the smartphone could quite possibly be the next LG flagship.
As far as the smartphone is concerned, there is a notch at the top of the smartphone. Also, the smartphone has a 6-inch display and the resolution of the smartphone is 3120×1440 which means it will have an 18:9 Quad HD display. Now, this information comes from Israeli technology site ynet which got a hands-on video of the smartphone from the private LG event. This smartphone is known to be named as the LG G7 Neo. Do note that this smartphone will come with Snapdragon 845 processor as well as 4/6 GB of RAM and 64/128GB internal storage configurations. The next flagship from LG is expected to be launched later this year so stay tuned as we know more about it.
