The Moto G5 Plus is getting a new software update on their smartphone which has been rolled out by Motorola and this update installs the latest January security patch on the smartphone which was released by Google last month as part of their security patch updates released every month. Talking about the update, the January security patch comes with build NPNS25.137-92-4 and installs the January 2018 update patch which comes with general bug fixes and stability improvements. Now, you will get this update as an OTA on your Moto G5 Plus so make sure to install this OTA as quickly as possible once the update arrives on the Moto G5 Plus.Previously the January patch update was only available in Brazil (Check that post for more details about this patch update).
