Samsung has started rolling out the June 2025 security patch to the Galaxy S21 FE, S23 FE, S24 FE, Galaxy Z Flip 4, and Galaxy Z Fold 4.
This latest update aims to enhance both the security and stability of these smartphones, ensuring users benefit from a safer and more reliable experience.
The update is available for S21 FE, S23 FE, and S24 FE phones in some Asian countries. Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Z Fold 4 users in Korea can also download it now.
According to Samsung’s official release notes, Samsung fixed 36 major security issues found by Google and 19 Samsung-specific problems. The fixes improve screen capture, fingerprint unlock, Bluetooth, themes, and Samsung Cloud.

How to Update
Users who have received a notification about the update are advised to install it immidetitly for a bug-free and secure experience. To manually check for the update:
- Open the Settings app on your Galaxy device.
- Navigate to Software Update.
- Tap on Download and install.
- Follow the on-screen instructions if an update is available
Just like other Samsung security patch updates, this is also an incremental update that is being rolled out in phases, so it may take up to a few days to be available on all devices in all regions, and you will have to wait for the update to reach your device.
